Life Coaching in Malta

How does life coaching differ from psychological interventions, psychotherapy or counselling?

Working with a life coach is unique in its focus on the client’s present and future. It is a service which opens space for the client’s full present experience, and creates the opportunity to build stepping-stones for the future they desire. A life coach often focuses on transition and change. Coaching honours the richness of client’s current experiences and emotions, while touching on their vast potential for growth.

Who can benefit from a life coach?

Life Coaching is suitable for adolescent or adult clients who:

– feel stuck, demotivated or ‘not good enough’
– need support to map out their needs and desires
– wish to move from inaction to tangible action, but are not sure where to start
– have a clear aim and need support in actualising it
– feel they are not reaching their full potential
– would like to build confidence and self-belief
– have reached a block in therapy, and may benefit from a shift in perspective
– feel they are lacking direction
– feel confused or unclear about their purpose and potential
– would like to hold themselves more accountable for their progress
– are on a painful path and deeply desire change
– are passing through a life transition, and need a professional to hold space for their grief and growth
– require support to process change while they move through a new or challenging life phase
– have done significant inner work/trauma work with a therapist or counsellor, and would like to build stepping-stones for a future (and present) of their choosing
